Disaster Recovery Support and Administrative Analyst (Remote) We have an immediate need for a contract Disaster Recovery Support and Administrative Analyst to join a public research university in Southern California. Location: Remote working Pacific hours This job expects to pay about $60 - 64 per hour plus benefits. What You Will Do: Maintain IS-12/DR Program and documentation. Update Location recovery plan, policies, standards, governance, and reports. Maintain tools and documentation for Units/OIT - Manage content and collateral (e.g., toolkits) for UITRLs and OIT Recovery Teams. Work with the Disaster Recovery team and Unit recovery leads to align IS-12 location, unit, and OIT ITDR recovery and test plans with the business continuity plans and address any risks. Review and audit documentation for IS-12 Unit effort and Compliance. Manage DR Environment information and risk remediation. Coordinate and monitor testing execution/implementation. Manage the execution and update of location IT recovery plans and test plans. What Gets You The Job: IT disaster recovery (ITDR) knowledge Project management skills Attention to detail. Stay organized and deliver on multiple assignments under strict timelines Create reporting and presentations Intermediate Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive skills Preferred experience: Creation and promotion of awareness & outreach communications and collateral Must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment Able to learn technical tools and terminology quickly Knowledge of Business Continuity Google Docs and Google Sheets knowledge a plus The following experience is considered a plus: Experience in a client-facing role Experience in training development Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is a leading provider of technology and staffing solutions for IT, Security, Engineering, and Interactive Design disciplines servicing startups to enterprise clients, nationally.
