This position is perfect for someone who is looking to start their career in administration and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Assist with managing executive calendars and schedules Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and appointments Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and take accurate minutes Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls Conduct research and compile information for presentations and reports Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Salary$750 - $1250 / weekJob TypeFull-timePowered by JazzHR
