Requisition ID:73066 Job Description Location: Irvine CA (In:person) Skyworks Solutions Data Analytics and AI Enablement team is looking for a Sr. Project Manager and Agile Leader to facias an intersection of facilitating software delivery, leading cross functional collaboration and transform a vision to backlog for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).If you are looking for a challenging and exciting career in the world of technology, then look no further. Duties and responsibilities: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Work to clear organizational roadblocks and keep the agile process consistent.: Support Scrum teams by removing blockers and ensure meeting objectives.: Help build andmanage the backlog, and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope.: Provide status reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), schedules, resources, and milestone delivery.: Coach teams on how to improve their scrum practices.: Assess the current organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices tailored to the need.: Leverage virtual collaboration tools and delivery tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).: Implement best practices for story writing and manage multiple agile teams.: Serve as both a Project Manager and a Scrum Master, balancing traditional project management responsibilities with agile methodologies. Requirements: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field and 12 or more years related experience. A master's degree and 8 or more years related experienceis a plus.: 4+ years of experience with agile methodologies in a Project Manager or Scrum Master role.: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.: Expert:level knowledge of facilitation.: Strong mediation and negotiation skills.: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all business and technical levels.: Ability to balance the demands of multiple agile teams and products. Skills:: Proficiency in multiple agile methodologies.: Strong analytical and problem:solving skills.: Good time management and organizational skills.: Comfort with multitasking between multiple projects.: Ability to work on challenging issues independently or in a team environment.: Effective worki
