CRNA needed to practice at the largest regional medical center in North Central Texas. Schedule Options: 50-hour work week with no call/no weekends required. $299,000 Annually $125/hr. for any hours worked over 10 hours per day during the week. Opportunity to cover weekend call for additional income, if desired. Increased pay for weekend call at $145/hr. -OR- 40-hour work week with call/weekends required. $260,000-$300,000 Plus Annually Peel-off schedule with post-call day off. $125/hr. for any hours worked over 8 hours per day during the week. Increased pay for weekend call at $145/hr. $60,000 in Signing Incentives for a 3-year commitment. $30,000 training stipend or sign-on bonus. $25,000 student loan repayment or retention bonus. $5,000 relocation allowance. ACT Model with opportunity to do spinals, a-line’s and epidurals, if desired. Level 3 Trauma Center, in process of becoming a Level 2 Trauma Center. Mix of Cases: Neuro, Ortho, General, GYN, Vascular, ENT, Plastics, Healthy Peds & more. Family-friendly schedule. Excellent Benefit Package Health, Dental, Vision, 3% retirement company match 403(b), plus additional option to invest in 457(b), malpractice coverage, and many other benefit options. 7 weeks of paid time off in the first year (8 weeks of PTO with tenure). Additional paid time off for sick leave (can use for spouse, child or parent). Additional 1 week of paid time off to pursue mission trips. $3,000 CME allowance annually. AANA ($645) dues paid annually. Reserved parking and freeNo State income tax
