The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling complex business disputes, with a focus on litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong general litigation skills, experience in civil procedure, and excellent communication abilities. Duties:Handle complex business disputes and litigation matters.Take and defend depositions.Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Requirements:4-8 years of experience in connection with complex business disputes.Licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in California.Experience as a federal court clerk.Strong understanding of civil procedure.Excellent academic credentials.Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of California.Federal court clerkship experience preferred. Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
