Child and Family Guidance Center is seeking an experienced Youth and Family Wraparound Supervisor to provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and oversight of the implementation of the National Wraparound Implementation Center (NWIC) model of Wraparound. We’ll reward your dedication with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including: A salary of $50,000 a year Health, Dental and Vision insurance PTO Term Life & AD&D Voluntary workplace benefits EAP HSA STD/LTD LifeLock Legal Shield 401K (2.5% matching) Phone stipend Mileage reimbursement Laptop & hotspot What you’ll do Supervise and coach Wraparound Facilitators, ensuring adherence to the NWIC model Conduct service note reviews and field observations to maintain quality standards Facilitate group supervision/training sessions and assist with community networking Assist in hiring, training, and ongoing support of staff, ensuring compliance with regulations Collaborate with Program Director on program development and representation at interagency meetings What you bring Bachelor’s degree in rehab counseling, psychology, social work, or related field Relevant experience in mental health services Strong understanding of child mental health disorders and treatment Knowledge of confidentiality and ethical guidelines Understanding of the Wraparound (NWIC) model Strong therapeutic, oral, and written communication skills Ability to work with diverse populations Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Medisoft billing and scheduling system If this sounds like you, we can’t wait to hear from you!
