We need an experienced receptionist/legal assistant to join our team and be a total champion – working directly with the owner to support the team and help our clients. Responsibilities:• The Receptionist - Legal Assistant provides a positive and professional first impression of the firm and builds relationships with our former, current, and potential new clients on the telephone, via email and text, and in person when they visit our office. • This person answers the phone, screens calls, schedules client meetings, orders supplies, pays bills, collects and scans the mail, and scans client documents. This is a full-time position where you are expected to answer the phones and manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work in the office. Qualifications:We love to help people learn and grow. We are looking for a Receptionist/Legal Assistant with experience working in a law firm. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal handholding. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly About Company: We are a fast-growing IRS tax resolution law firm in Seattle near the Pike Place Market seeking a Receptionist/Legal Assistant to join our team. We help small businesses and individuals who are in trouble with the IRS – facing an IRS audit or a large tax liability. We want to be known for helping our clients come out of an extremely emotional process feeling as though they are a better person, in a better position, and that they had a team behind them that really cared and fought for them. We are growing fast, and we need a receptionist/legal assistant who can hit the ground running. We offer full-time employees paid holidays and paid time off as well as health and dental benefits for employees and their families after ninety days of full-time employment with the firm. Compensation will be based on your experience, with opportunities for increases.
