ABOUT THE POSITION: The Data Warehouse and Analytics team leader will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our data warehouse in AWS. This role involves managing a team of professionals who develop and deliver comprehensive reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions for internal employees and external clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing, analytics, and team leadership, with a focus on driving strategic data initiatives in the healthcare sector. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Lead and manage the Data Warehouse and Analytics team, providing direction, mentorship, and support. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the AWS-based data warehouse. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and availability of data for reporting and analytics. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions. Develop and implement data governance and security policies in compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics interfaces to support data-driven decision-making. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data processes and technologies. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of data initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data warehousing and analytics. Other duties as required. WHAT DO YOU NEED Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of AWS services and technologies. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. WORK REQUIREMENTS: Location – Tampa area is preferred, remote is a possibility.
