In this Human Resources role, you will support our people and culture strategy within our Hodges, SC site. This role reports into the Senior HRBP. As an HR Business Associate, this role will support select people initiatives across the site, as well as deliver function responsibilities within talent and performance management, learning and development, employee relations and recruitment. Responsible for: :Supportfunctional leaders, coordinating team and shop floor employees related to HR processes and strategies for the site:Partner with the various CoHRE and CBS teams on HR processes (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning, etc.) Talent Management: :Support business leaders on interpretation of HR policies or topics impacting leadership effectiveness and business results:Ensure on:boarding and assimilation processes for new employees confirms alignment with organization's vision and culture and achieves their ability to quickly contribute to the organization's goals Employee Relations: :Serve as an employee advocate by establishing workforce relationships:Ensure effective, consistent administration of Human Resources policies and guidelines:Coordinate employee transfers, conduct exit interviews, and provide recommendations for corrective action policy revision and/or improving employee and labor relations:Champion the company's Ethical Leadership standards, behaviors and compliance:Represent the company in outside community activities Administration: :Ensure HR data is accurate and updated in SAP:HR and payroll systems:Analyze and/or prepare a variety of reports concerning the Human Resource function and key performance indicators necessary to communicate, educate or inform:Support recruitment activities and assessment and selection processes to timely fill vacant positions:Utilize Global Recruitment Management System / Success Factors system to manage po
