A company is looking for a Manager of Risk Adjustment and Trend Analytics. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing risk adjustment analysis for Medicaid lines of business Leading measurement and reporting of medical expense trends for all lines of business Directing a team of health care analysts/analytic managers for data mining and outcomes measurement Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics or related field required; ASA certification Master's Degree preferred; background in managed healthcare, insurance operations 2+ years of prior experience managing a team of analysts FSA Preferred; 5+ years of experience in actuarial analysis, health care analytics, or similar fields Working knowledge of at least one risk adjustment methodology required
