We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to assist in the areas of Estate Litigation and Estate Administration. Rapidly-growing law firm focuses on transactional areas such as Real Estate, Estate Planning and Administration, Taxation, and corporate matters, complemented by a robust civil litigation wing. As our business expands, we require skilled assistance for our partners in managing specialized matters. Qualifications: Required: Minimum of five years of experience at a law firm in estate litigation and estate administration, including direct client contact and primary responsibility for complex matters.Required: Capability to independently handle routine Surrogate's Court litigation.Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); mastery preferred.Strongly Preferred: Experience in Tax or Elder Law.Strongly Preferred: Proven track record in project management, supervision, and training of junior staff. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee legal proceedings in estate litigation and administration.Engage with clients to provide detailed consultations and maintain strong professional relationships.Independently conduct litigation in Surrogate's Court and manage various aspects of case preparation and presentation.Collaborate with other departments to enhance legal strategies and firm capabilities.
