Together, we'll embark on a journey of happiness, creativity, and making a lasting impact in the lives of our cherished customers.Job Specifications: The Details and Requirements to Join Our Weekend Sales Warrior Team Saturdays only: Typical hours range from 9:30 AM to 6 PM Attend team meetings and contribute to our collaborative efforts Assist with store opening and closing procedures Maintain a "Customers First" attitude and build strong customer relationships Ensure the store is opened on time, ready to provide exceptional service Build and maintain an expert-level knowledge of all our products Meet sales goals for each Saturday shift Consistently follow store procedures and policies Check and respond promptly to customer emails and voicemails Keep stock areas clean and orderly, ensuring products are readily accessible Our Weekend employees receive a 25% baseline discount, with an additional 40% off two items per month* (*Some product exclusions apply for the discount; please ask for details).
