Although we don’t require specific experience, we do look for certain characteristics, including: Passion for making a difference in the lives of our clients. Ability to work independently Access to reliable transportation; willingness to travel Must be organized and meet deadlines Experience working within ABA field is a plus High School diploma or GED Should have a Valid RBT Certification Who You Are:- Energetic and wants to work with autistic kids Wants to learn about the science of Applied Behavior Analysis. May have prior experience working with children or are looking for your first job working with them Looking for a part-time position with opportunities to increase your hours over time on an evening shift. Responsibilities:- Our BTs support and implement individualized patient care plans created by an assigned Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide ABA interventions so clients can improve their communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills.
