Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent 8 years of total relevant business experience required. Previous Management/Leadership experience required Willing and able to travel US/Internationally 5-10% of time Proficient in Tableau, Hyperion or analytical equivalent required Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software suite Business and Personal Attributes: Demonstrated problem solving, analytical skills and innovative thinking skills are required. Strong presentation skills, ability to professionally communicate (verbal and written) at all levels of the business, executive presence, professional confidence and maturity, management and team leadership experience required. Ability to embrace and provide change management leadership. A high level of integrity, strong work ethic, positive energy and a commitment to preserving the company core values and culture.
