The ideal candidate will have expertise in negotiating, structuring, and documenting debt finance transactions. Experience with leveraged buyouts and acquisition financing transactions, particularly with private equity sponsors or lenders, is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate exceptional writing and analytical skills and prior experience in an Am Law 100 law firm setting.Duties:Negotiate, structure, and document debt finance transactions.Provide legal counsel on leveraged buyouts and acquisition financing transactions.Analyze complex legal documents and financial data.Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for finance transactions.Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in corporate debt finance or related practice areas.Prior experience representing private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, or lenders in finance transactions.Excellent writing and analytical skills.Previous employment in an Am Law 100 law firm.Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (2019, 2020, or 2021 classes).Admission to the Florida Bar.Education Certifications:Juris doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.Admission to the Florida Bar.Skills:Proficiency in negotiating and structuring debt finance transactions.Strong analytical skills for reviewing legal documents and financial data.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.Understanding of relevant legal regulations and compliance standards in corporate finance.
