Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and dive headfirst into the world of earthwork? We are seeking a hard-working full-time Earthwork Laborer to join our team at TCE Construction in Windsor, CO. GREAT PAY With an expected pay ranging from $20 to $22 per hour , this role rewards hard work and dedication in the most satisfying way possible. YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN EARTHWORK LABORER You'll work a schedule of 40 - 50 hours per week. As an Earthwork Laborer with us, you'll have the chance to get your hands dirty installing underground utilities and operating a variety of equipment, from shovels to skid loaders. Not only will you be tackling the day-to-day tasks with tools like picks and rakes, but you'll also have the opportunity to learn how to handle larger machinery like mini excavators and front-end loaders. With the guidance of our experienced Foreman, you'll assist in problem-solving and execute tasks efficiently while ensuring that all equipment is in top-notch condition. REQUIREMENTS Ability to start in the next 2 weeks Ability to handle objects up to 75 pounds Ability to climb in and out of excavations Ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, climb or crawl Ability to operate and back up a trailer with minimal supervision Willingness to work outside in the heat and cold Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance Availability for emergencies Transportation to projects Willingness to travel (lodging and per diem is provided) Excavation experience and mechanical aptitude are preferred but not required.
