Pay Clerk - RV Division Reports to: Terminal ManagerStatus: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for: Driver payDeductions from driver pay (keeping accurate records of such)Logs & Driver ComplianceKeeping drivers files up to dateCollecting money on back haulsEnsuring all paperwork for trips are turned in (includes fuel tax sheets, logs, etc)Inventory Units & Dealer Packets KEY PERFORMANCE FACTORS Safety and Compliance Maintain current knowledge of industry specific certification, compliance and regulatory requirements Knowledge of Canadian DOT regulations where applicable Experience 2 - 4 years of experience - transportation beneficial Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of transportation industry and regulationsAnalytical abilityCritical thinking for independent decisions and problem solvingBasic math computational skillsWritten, verbal and interpersonal communicationPlanning, organizing and time managementWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and transportation softwareCustomer service acumen Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
