Who We Are: The HR Analytics & Compensation group performs workforce analyses, administers the salary administration program, and ensures compliance with wage & hour regulations. Objectives of this Role: Support Service Contract Act (SCA) compliance efforts. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities: Audit pay rates established for compliance with the Service Contract Act (SCA). Review back up documentation to ensure SCA rate calculations are accurate. Create audit spreadsheet to document multiple pay components of SCA rates. Verify all supporting documentation is kept within SCA project folders. Update tracking spreadsheet and database to separate active from inactive projects Requirements: Must be pursuing a Bachelors or a Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Economics, Management or related degree field. Must be 2 semesters from completing an undergraduate degree or in graduate school. 0 years: Attention to detail, organization skills, Microsoft Excel. A valid/clear driver's license is required.
