Position: Full-time, Family Centered Treatment or Therapist Location: Hickory, NC ( Burke County, Morganton, Rutherford or surrounding areas) What Will I Be Doing? Work closely with at-risk youth and their families, utilizing the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model. Conduct individual and family sessions within the community. Provide comprehensive case management to support the mental health and overall well-being of clients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and support. Am I A Good Fit? Passionate about making a difference in the lives of at-risk youth and families. Dedicated, compassionate, and driven to create positive change. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment. Background in human services and a commitment to serving others is preferred. Qualifications: A Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required Master's degree in Human Services preferred QP qualifications per NC standards NC Clinical License (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A) required Access to reliable transportation with adherence to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, insurance, and driver’s license).
