Property Management company has an opening for an outstanding Managing Broker. The Managing Broker reports directly to the leadership and owners. You are responsible for the overall operational efficiency of the office and staff. The Managing Broker ensures the assets managed by the company exceed occupancy and financial targets, property owners and resident satisfaction, team leadership and development, vendor relations, and overall quality of maintenance of the properties. Managing Broker represents Expert Rentals & Property Management by adhering to high-quality standards and a customer-focused approach. Real Estate/Property Management experience and an active Broker License are required for this position. Applicants must also have the desire to learn and grow with the company. We want our team to continuously learn, and use the tools and services available so that every one of us can be comfortable and confident in our knowledge and better serve clients. Responsibilities:• Oversee staff and review all broker files/transaction documents. • Ensures that all support and services are conducted and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of Expert Rentals.• Ensures all contract documents are reviewed/signed within the required policy and statutory deadlines.• Ensure all documents are reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all statutes and per all risk management policies.• Troubleshoot and respond to potential prospects, clients, and co-brokerage challenges or concerns.• Conduct training orientations with new staff on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Appfolio, Bluemoon, and DotLoop Forms.• Establish owner, tenant, and industry relationships.• Perform market CMA’s and surveys.• Develop and send marketing packages and materials to potential clients and have a thorough understanding of demographics, patterns, and market trends.• Be knowledgeable of the Central Texas Regional market and rental rates.• Provide leadership to less experienced team members.• Assist Owner, Leadership Team, Human Resources, and Staff with any and all projects or duties. • Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications:• Active/Current Texas Real Estate Broker’s license is required. • Real estate background and strong property management experience.• Highly effective interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, superb customer service, and advanced oral/written communication skills.• Must be organized, detail-oriented, flexible, able to prioritize, and enjoy a variety of assignments.• Must be a self-starter.• Should have a positive attitude and outgoing personality.• Must be able to multi-task with frequent interruptions, changes, or delays.• Must be able to remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances.• Personal and Professional values include dedication to the clients, ethical, flexible, honest, high integrity, and responsibility.
