Shift: M-F, 7:00am-3:30pm Pay rate: $25-$30, hourly Location: Boise, ID The principal duties and responsibilities will be: Provide product support and technical know-how to customers at assigned customer sites. Diagnose and remediate faults, performs preventative maintenance, and installs and commission of client products. Utilizes electromechanical skills to provide excellent service to customers. Performs installation and troubleshooting on vacuum pumps, abatement, gas and chemical delivery systems to maintain and increase revenue for both service and sales divisions. Participates in site safety programs to create a zero-hazard environment. Works professionally and develops customer relations. Demonstrates ability to understand detailed electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Understands and adheres to all site fab and Subfab protocol requirements. Comprehends the use of test equipment including various test meters, hand tools, and power tools Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance; works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation. Respectfully takes direction from supervisor/ manager and other duties as assigned. A self-starter who can set priorities, demonstrate initiative and the ability to get the job done. Able to read engineering drawings and electrical diagrams. Competent in the use of test equipment including various test meters, hand tools, and power tools. Requirements: High School Diploma. Requires an Associate’s degree, military or 2-3 years of equivalent experience may substitute for education requirement. 1-3 years of equivalent experience in relevant technical field such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration or basic vacuum. Physical Effort/Activities: May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
