We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to contribute to our finance division, an enthusiastic and organized individual who can learn and grow within our team. Job Summary: The Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for owning and managing the accounts receivable operations for the company under the supervision of the Controller. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership of their work. Core Responsibilities: Creating invoices according to company practices and submitting them to customers. Manage past-due accounts and collection correspondence by reviewing files, and contacting delinquent account holders to request payment. Maintain customer relationships via email, phone calls, and/or virtual meetings. Research customer discrepancies and questions Prepare, verify, post, and record customer payments and transactions to accounts receivable. Supporting the Finance Leadership Team (FLT) with timely updates and reporting. Providing support during external financial audits and other compliance activities. Assisting in month-end closing procedures, such as accounts receivable reporting journal entry postings and related reconciliations. PI240676511
