Responsibilities: • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 per year About Company: About Team Gabriel at Coldwell Banker: "Our Vision" is based on prompt response, consistency, and execution.
