A High School Diploma, coupled with additional college education or business training, is preferred to equip you for the dynamic banking environment. Your 4+ years of progressive banking experience will be a valuable asset as you navigate the responsibilities of this role. Whether through formal or informal leadership of a team, you should exhibit strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills to ensure operational efficiency. Your problem-solving prowess, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, will prove essential in liaising with both customers and team members. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: High School Diploma with additional college education or business training preferred. 4+ years of progressive banking experience is highly desirable. Proficient math and computer skills such as with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to look at market segment and develop creative ideas and programs to develop available business.
