Powell, Ohio Employment Type Part time Minimum Experience Entry-level Compensation $11-$18 Days of the Week Mon- Thurs 4-7:30pm World Elite Kids is always looking to add A+ Players to their team! If you are energetic, and the following resonates with you let us know! In this role as a Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach children of all ages the basic skills and elements in our recreational class offerings. Our class offerings are a variety of our programming, including Tumbling, Gymnastics, Preschool classes and Ninjas. You will be responsible for teaching weekly curriculum that is provided, while also being encouraged to incorporate your own creativity into the lessons. We prioritize creating a safe and fun atmosphere for all of our students. As a Rec Instructor, it will be your responsibility to maintain this environment and ensure that all students feel comfortable and supported in their learning. We expect all of our instructors to be punctual, engaged and exciting! You should love working with kids and in a team atmosphere and be willing to collaborate with other instructors to create the best possible experience for our students. What does a normal day look like.... Arrive prepared and ready to have teach Greet your families and students with a warm welcome Implement provided curriculum in classes with an organized class atmosphere Create an exceptional experience for all families High Fives We encourage our instructors to be loud, fun, and engaging with the kids in their classes. You will be a role model for your students, inspiring them to learn new skills and develop their confidence.
