Essential Duties : Assist in plant start:up as instructed: Perform quality control on finished products being tumbled removing any product not meeting quality standards: Stack/sort product (concrete pavers) on elevated pallets: Occasional manual stacking of product (concrete pavers) weighing up to 50 lbs: Clean up designated area at end of shift: Assist in other areas of plant as needed and directed by supervisor Physical/Environmental Conditions : Extended periods of standing on concrete floor: Subject to temperature variations based on season: Subject to exposure to noise and dust: Use of PPE to include safety shoes, hard hats, ear and eye protection: Requires often lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, stooping, twisting, sitting, standing, climbing, reaching: ability to safely climb stairs and ladders while maintaining 3 points of contact at all times; lifting and carrying up to 80 lbs What CRH Offers You : Highly competitive base pay: Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs: Group retirement savings program: Health and wellness programs: A diverse and inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
