Position Summary We are seeking a Junior/Entry Level Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. The Junior Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the business and IT to solve business issues and opportunities with technology. (The title of the position will be determined at the time of candidate selection based on candidate skill-set and experience) Responsibilities Customer Interface and Customer Liaison (consult, research, propose solution options) Analytical Troubleshooting Business Process Documentation, Design and Process Reengineering Contribute to the creation and delivery of training programs Aiding with test scripts for user testing Contribute to defining and documenting IT process and procedures Track changes through SDLC process Work with stakeholders to prioritize collected requirements and implement the appropriate solutions to their problems.Requirements For Junior/Entry Level Business Solutions Analyst: Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree 0 - 4 years working in IT, Good organizational skills and attention to detail, Excellent interpersonal skills, Problem solving and analytical skills, Strong team player, Ability to understand business processes and adapt.
