The Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support in various corporate matters. The ideal candidate should possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle significant responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Duties:Provide legal advice and support on corporate transactions and matters.Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements and contracts.Conduct legal research and analysis related to corporate law issues.Assist with due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve client objectives. Requirements:Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Admission to The Florida Bar or eligibility for membership and willingness to take the February 2022 Bar examination.3+ years of experience practicing corporate law.Strong transactional background with experience in technology companies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Education Certifications:Bachelor's degree.Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Admission to The Florida Bar or eligibility for membership and willingness to take the February 2022 Bar examination. Skills:Proficiency in corporate law principles and practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in legal drafting and review.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.Adaptability and flexibility to meet the demands of a fast-paced legal practice.
