AFG's IT Department provides a highly secure network for AFG departments as well as outside affiliated companies and remote locations. We are currently in search of a Senior Computer Services Technician to join our team.Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals: Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups. Modifies, alters, and/or adapts existing procedures to meet changing requirements. Deploys new hardware and/or software to users. Performs other duties as assigned. Job RequirementsEducation: Associate Degree and 2 years of technical education, or equivalent experience.Field of Study: Computer Information Systems or a related discipline.Experience: Generally, 0 to 3 years of related experience.
