Assistant Director of Health & Wellness RN - Full time - salaried position Mira Vie at Montville is seeking to hire a full time RN to a ssist the Director of Health & Wellness. Helps oversee and coordinate health care and custodial services for all residents. Aids in the administration responsibilities of the Wellness Department including the oversight of staff. Must have current RN license. Responsibilities: Conducts initial reassessments and change in condition assessments as assigned. Completes medication reviews for all residents on medication assistance program. Develops and updates health care plans as delegated. Completes controlled substance reviews. Completes Wellness checks and initiates needed referrals to respond to findings. Additional monthly and quarterly reviews and checks. (enabler safety checks, Medication Aide Observations) Ongoing monitoring of resident's condition and changes in condition. Follows up with Wellness checks for all residents and updates logs as indicated. Assists Director of Health and Wellness with resident move-in process. Provides resident care and medications as needed. Follows infection control and universal precautions, follows the reporting chain of command for change in resident condition and/or operational occurrences. Updates daily census and maintains line lists as delegated. Assists with vaccine clinics, surveillance testing, and vaccine administration.
