Job Title: Program Manager Delivery System Investment Policy and Workforce Work Location: Boston, MA 02108 (Remote Job) Expected Duration: 12 Months Contract Pay Rate: $44/hr on W2. Estimated Start Date: ASAP Description: Overview: Under the direction of the MassHealth Senior Manager of Delivery System Investment Policy and Workforce the Program Manager will work with the MassHealth Accountable Care and Behavioral Health ACBH team to implement Workforce Initiative programs on behalf of the Executive Office of Health and Human Services EOHHS. Scope of Work: - Support MassHealth leadership in implementation of Workforce Initiative programs - Provide project management support for the Workforce Initiative programs including creation and management of workplans tracking key deadlines and reporting requirements and creating and maintaining decision trackers - Support oversight of the vendors that manage Workforce Initiatives programs including: o student loan repayment o residency programs o community health worker trainings o competency-based trainings - Support review and approval processes for various Workforce Initiative program applications and deliverables such as applications statements of work budgets and project summaries - Support the development and implementation of future Workforce Initiatives - Summarize findings of data analysis and incorporate pertinent information into project presentations - Perform other duties as required REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Masters degree in Health Care or Business Administration Public Health or a health policy related health care field or equivalent. - 3 years of related experience in technical assistance provision program management or project management - Communication and presentation skills both oral and written to interact with leadership staff providers and other stakeholders.
