Responsibilities: --- Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer's agents --- Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly --- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business --- Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments --- Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller Qualifications: --- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job --- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies --- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself --- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone --- Possesses a real estate license --- Team player who believes their success is the team's success About Company: Hey there!
