The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and contribute to the firm's litigation practice. Below are the job details:Job Overview:The Employment Litigation Attorney will handle employment-related disputes and represent clients in litigation matters. They will manage a caseload, from discovery to trial, and demonstrate strong negotiation skills in mediation and with defense counsel.Duties:Represent clients in employment litigation matters.Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, law and motion, and depositions.Prepare for and conduct arbitrations and trials.Independently handle cases and provide legal advice to clients.Negotiate settlements and agreements in mediation.Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of employment litigation experience.Preference for candidates with arbitration and trial experience.Active membership in the California State Bar.Strong understanding of employment law and litigation procedures.Ability to manage a large caseload efficiently.Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle cases from start to finish.Excellent negotiating skills and ability to communicate effectively with defense counsel and clients.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professionalism.Strong academic credentials.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership in the California State Bar.
