We are seeking diligent individuals to join our team as Part-Time Commercial Construction Inspectors, specializing in fuel systems, particularly gas stations. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and project specifications in commercial construction projects across Florida. Responsibilities:? Conduct inspections of commercial construction projects, focusing on fuel systems, specifically gas stations.? Verify compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.? Document findings accurately and thoroughly.? Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and clients.? Collaborate with project teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies identified during inspections.? Travel to various construction sites across the state of Florida. Requirements:? Own transportation is essential for traveling to construction sites.? Willingness to travel within the state of Florida as required.? Preferred knowledge or experience in building gas stations; however, we are willing to train candidates with experience in field construction, inspector roles, engineering, or other construction-related backgrounds.? Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report issues accurately.? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.? Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.?
