Main Office Location: Blanco, TX Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of field experience or trade school completion Caring, dependable, and professional Strong customer service skills and ability to consult on customer complaints Strong problem-solving abilities and abilities to give solutions that are beneficial for the customer as well as the company Mechanically inclined and able to utilize basic hand and power tools Possess basic hand tools Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings Ability and willingness to follow directions and learn Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Must pass a pre-hire drug test and background check Service Titan software experience, or the ability to learn the software after hire HVAC installer, journeyman, installation technician, HVAC HVAC Technician, AC installer, AC Company
