Job Duties: :Under strict supervision, ensures accurate and timely processing of orders and related requisitions. :Acts as a contact with affiliates, field PSL, and sales personnel. :May create invoices and shipping documentation. :Facilitates movements of materials to support PSL operations.:Performs data inquiries to obtain order status and check availability of materials. :Serves as a liaison for communication with field personnel, manufacturing, procurement, etc. to fill customer requirements.:Coordinates cross:center and vendor supplied orders as required and monitors those shipments. :Works with Law Department to ensure export compliance and stays current regarding international material movements and shipping regulations. Qualifications: :Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.:2 years of experience preferred.:Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.:Experience with SAP preferred.
