This is a critical position which requires precision, accuracy, and a strong work ethic. Further, the candidate will continuously train in all aspects of the fabrication process establishing a base for future skill sets. The candidate will always provide an unmatched client experience and appropriately support and represent Sheet Metal Solutions mission and values. Required Qualifications: High school Diploma or GED Ability to follow and adhere to company safety program Follow written and oral directions Report to work on time each day Basic math skills Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Display a positive attitude and a team player
