In this role you must have a strong drive for guests relations, able to drive sales through speed of service, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high quality food, drink, and customer service. Starting annual pay for a highly qualified QSR General Manager/Multi Unit Leader is $55,000 - $65,000 , plus a monthly bonus based off of performance.
