Global Integrated Business Planning (gIBP) is a key program to bring this vision to life.The FLNA IBP PMO role will partner with both the FLNA Deployment Lead as well as the Global PMO and Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) to establish synchronized and integrated solution design, implementation and hyper-care plans to make gIBP a reality for FLNA. Responsibilities * Collaborate with FLNA Deployment Lead and Global PMO Lead to successfully deliver gIBP solution in a highly controlled and disciplined manner * Adapt global and "market" PMO processes for FLNA unique requirements * Lead the FLNA governance process and forums related to scope, workplan, risk and impediment escalation and resource management * Facilitate weekly FLNA IBP OpComm with FLNA and Global Program Owner * Partner with System Integrator and IBP Workstream Leads (including Product, Planning, Digitalization, Data) to build and execute detailed workplan, implemented in ADO and Clarity for all workstreams using hybrid-agile methodology * Proactively monitor deployment execution and overall health of project, identifying risk and impediments, working with workstreams to identify and implement remediation plans * Identify critical dependencies and risks related to resources, processes, and technology. Develop remediation plans and escalate where applicable * Maintain audit-ready project delivery standard, with central repository for: project progress, deployment resources, status of milestones, status and sign-off of deliverables, especially tied to contractual obligations, lessons learned, etc. * Collaborate with Global PMO and ETO on deployment progress, specifically the monthly Strategy & Transformation (S&T) scorecard * Partner with IBP and FLNA Communication Teams on program specific management * Monitor and govern FLNA deployment execution progress * Implement and manage lessons learned and other continuous improvement processes * Ensure compliance to the hybrid-agile project methodology cross workstreams * Support the organization and execution of the sector wide IBP maturity capability assessment * Support resource management (One Roster) to enable tight financial control * Support and refine the governance process to facilitate decision on priorities definition, allocation of resources and resolution of critical issues for IBPCompensation and Benefits: * The expected compensation range for this position is between $122,300 - $242,700 based on a full-time schedule. * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. * Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually. * and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period. * Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance. * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan Qualifications * Master's Degree/MBA preferred.
