The Position Claritas Rx has a nimble Silicon Valley start-up culture. This position is a great opportunity to envision and build a robust recruiting function that can efficiently attract and identify top talent within the healthcare data and technology industries. At Claritas Rx, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for building the foundation of our first in-house recruiting function. This role will lead the development and implementation of scalable recruiting strategies that support our growth. The successful candidate will have the experience and vision to establish systems and best practices, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers across the organization. Key Accountabilities Work closely with all teams to build and improve recruiting best practices Partner with hiring managers to implement efficient and effective interviewing processes Develop and update job descriptions in conjunction with all hiring managers Collaborate with various departments to define job qualifications for job listings Source and attract top candidates through various channels Screen candidates to ensure efficient interview-to-hire ratio and provide initial assessments of their relevant experience, soft skills, aptitude, and attitude Schedule interviews, call references, collect feedback and negotiate offers Build Claritas Rx online brand (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.) Assist with interviewer training Use data and trending analysis to continuously improve the recruiting process and pipeline Be a resource for all candidates throughout the interview process and build influential candidate relationships Work closely with Human Resources to collaborate on recruiting and onboarding best practices Who You Are Required: 5-8 years of experience in full cycle recruiting for fast-paced companies Proven experience in all stages of the recruitment process Experience working with hiring managers/HR in presenting and negotiating offers with finalists Solid experience sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, etc. Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders Strong influencing and decision-making skills Experience hiring across a breadth and level of roles Ability to build and maintain positive work relationships remotely An entrepreneurial spirit, creative problem solving, and innovative thinking Confidence to serve as a resource and advisor to leadership team A natural self-starter who is comfortable working independently Preferred: Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical or technology recruiting is a plus Experience working in a startup environment is a plus Join Us We are seeking to add new expertise and perspective to our strong team of experienced professionals.
