Please ask about our generous referral fees! 10/14/24 Ongoing Need Need is for full-time coverage (4 10-hour shifts/week) at three different sites within a 10-mile radius Call needs: every 6-7 weeks on call Monday-Thursday 5pm to 8am then Friday 5pm through Monday 8am In-office coverage: 15-20 patients per day Appt length: Follow up patients: 20 min/new patients: 40 minutes Monday and Wednesday Facility #2 Tuesday Facility #3 Thursday Facility #1 (Main Facility) Phone Consults: 1-2 Call Patients Seen 4 Call Ratio: 1:6 15-minute call response time required Assigned Patients Board Certified Required Active IN License or IMLC Accepted BLS Required EMR: Epic Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
