Job Summary: Account Managers are the customer's champion within our organization. They act as the primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and strategic thinking skills. By working collaboratively across departments, Account Managers identify and implement solutions that maximize customer satisfaction. Duties / Responsibilities: Fosters long-term partnerships with key clients through effective communication, strategic thinking, and a detail-oriented approach. Develops and expands relationships with both existing and potential customers to identify and generate new business opportunities. Champions customer needs within the organization, ensuring high-quality service and overall satisfaction. Provides exceptional product knowledge and service to customers, consistently exceeding expectations. Manages day-to-day order activities, guaranteeing on-time deliveries and resolving any order fulfillment issues. Proactively addresses customer concerns, investigating and delivering timely resolutions. Promotes company services by building trust and responsiveness with assigned accounts. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally) Proven track record of delivery on quota and obtaining positive results Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment and adapt to changes Strong presentation and communication skills Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or another related area of study 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry, with a focus on performance for internal or external customer base Powered by JazzHR
