There will be approx. 5 team leads reporting to this position with the production team reporting to those individuals. The goals of this position will be to ensure schedules are met for shipment dates, continuous improvement of means & methods to reduce cost, hire, promote & fire according to our Core Values Planning: Creating and approving production schedules Organizing: Coordinating resources and assigning tasks Improving: Optimizing productivity and streamlining the production process Assessing: Reviewing production data and reports Managing: Hiring, training, and evaluating workers Ensuring: Production stays on schedule and within budget, and that staff meet quality standards and work in safe conditions. Ensure company tracking & quality processes are adhered to. Must have experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook) & basic computer/internet skills. 3-5 years of related experience in the Industrial manufacturing industry Tekla EPM & Tekla Structures experience a plus Must be quality, detail, and accuracy oriented. Great verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be proactive, self-disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of an awesome team.
