Multi-task Ability to gain product knowledge quickly. Required Experience: We provide the leads; you make the calls. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment. Expected to make 200-300 outbound calls daily. Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information Recognize opportunities to upsell our products and services Follow our company's communication “scripts” Update records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way Build strong relationships with customers Follow our customer engagement strategy Meet qualitative and quantitative target Powered by JazzHR
