SOME OF THE POSITION DUTIES INCLUDE: 1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery, and household issues/damage. 2. Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner 3. Respond to maintenance requests from various departments 4. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems to determine the best course of action 5. Fabricate and install parts as needed 6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Email and Extended Reach 7. Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or services (As required and approved) 8. Maintain communication as required for all job assignments before and after photo visuals for record-keeping9. Driving to additional regional home locations as needed or required by your position duties and plan of correction. (Maintenance vehicle available) Skills: - Strong customer service skills to interact with employees and address their maintenance needs - Leadership abilities to oversee and guide a team of maintenance personnel - Proficiency in using phone, payment processes, and email communication - Knowledge of fabrication techniques and the ability to work with various materials - Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions - Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties and skills, but rather a summary of the key responsibilities and qualifications required for the Maintenance Person position.
