Job Summary Join us at Wolfgang Puck Catering at our Dallas Commissary Kitchen, the bustling hub where extraordinary pastries are crafted for VIP events, cultural attractions, corporate accounts, and beyond. Here, your passion for pastry creation will thrive as you contribute to the creation of unforgettable experiences for our esteemed clientele. In this dynamic environment, youll have the chance to showcase your talent and creativity, producing delectable desserts that elevate every occasion to new heights of culinary excellence. As a Pastry Chef, youll play a pivotal role in our culinary team, crafting exquisite pastries, desserts, and baked goods that delight the palates of our clients. Key Responsibilities: :Craft and produce premium pastries and desserts, ensuring impeccable quality and presentation.:Manage ingredient ordering to ensure freshness and smooth production.:Handle, prepare, and store perishable products according to HACCP guidelines.:Maintain impeccable standards of efficiency, safety, and sanitation in food production. Preferred Qualifications: :Culinary degree preferred, with a minimum of three years experience in high:volume dining or catering.:Demonstrated expertise in fine dining pastry techniques.:Stay current with food and catering trends, focusing on seasonal ingredients and presentation.:Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.:Knowledge of safe food handling principles; certifications such as ServSafe are a plus.
