We’re hiring a paralegal to assist our legal team in preparing legal documents, working directly with clients, lenders, and referral partners, and coordinating the flow of real estate files. Applicants should be experienced with real estate matters, and be highly organized professionals with great attention to detail. If this sounds like a job you’ll love, apply below. Responsibilities: • Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues• Ensure all closing instructions are followed as per the closing package, and coordinate with loan officer, mortgage loan processor, and underwriter to be sure all underwriting commitments have been satisfied.• Submit pertinent title and loan documents into software programs to record transactions and track the applicant’s progress.• Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed.• Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings.• Compile legal descriptions for deeds.
