OverviewSupply Chain & Operations vertical plays a critical role in accelerating PepsiCo's sustainable growth by driving strategic choices, delivering breakthrough enterprise capabilities, optimizing service delivery excellence and executing end-to-end transformations. Supply Chain & Operations in S&T is central to business transformation, enabling the organization to be more efficient, digital, innovative, and sustainable.ResponsibilitiesOwns Transport Control Tower (TCT) implementation across all sectorsResponsibilities: * Ensure successful execution of TCT program on a global scale for Inbound (PO), Fulfillment (STO), Outbound (SO), Brokerage and Service & Productivity * Monitor IT solution development and implementation * Drive adoption of TCT mandala processes and technologies * Establish relationship with OUs and Sectors transportation stakeholders * Leverage lessons learned and share best practices * Drive the change management and adoption of new processes and technologies * Report out to senior leadership as needed sharing critical KPIs and performance * Proactively identify gaps, risks, obstacles and potential alternatives to solve and ensure project stays on track * Partner with Sector/Markets Transportation Teams Deploy/Sustain Control Tower Processes and Technologies * Assess in detail transportation processes, identifying opportunities * Drive the training and communication * Own decisions on: * Program Deliverables * Resources and budget allocation * Influence decisions on: * Processes adherence * System integration * Technological adoptionLeadership Skills: * Change management: Comfortable operating in a complex, matrix, and ambiguous environment * Clarity: Simplifying complexity, communicating in a clear and concise manner * Results: Balancing sense of urgency with the need to deliver quality results, demonstrating perseverance in achieving complex or ambiguous goals (e.g. self management skills) * Collaboration/Stakeholder Engagement: Working across boundaries and creating trusting relationships, demonstrating active listening skills * External Perspectives / Business Acumen: Understanding market, consumers and customers, external environment and industry (incl. FX/Inflation/P&L) and using this information to drive decisions and actions Professional Skills and Function / Domain Specific Skills: * Strong subject matter expertise * Organizational awareness, understanding of PEP processes * Global transformation mindset and experience providing strategic guidance and accountability to develop and execute large scale transformationsCompensation & Benefits: * The expected compensation range for this position is between $122,300 - $242,700 based on a full-time schedule * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary * Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period * Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement PlanQualifications * A minimum 10 years of Supply Chain or Transportation experience, preferably in a multinational or global organization.
