In this role, you will have the opportunity to blend artistry with functionality, conceptualizing and designing innovative landscapes that leave a lasting impression. If you're passionate about transforming outdoor spaces and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Compensation & Benefits:Earn up to $90K+ with our Pay for Performance + Commissions, Bonus, and Profit Sharing (we reward great work)Company Cell Phone PlanHealth InsuranceRetirement PlanPaid Time Off and Vacation PayProfessional Development OpportunitiesAs a Landscape Designer your responsibilities will include:Collaborating with design team to create 2D and 3D landscape designsProfessionally communicating with clients through email, phone calls, virtual and face-to-face meetingsCreate detailed 2D and 3D designs for estimating and construction purposesCommunicating with vendors and subcontractors to create accurate proposalsRequired Experience:Working knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling based programs2 years of experience in landscape or landscape design related industryComputer skills including email, excel spreadsheets, and Google DriveIdeal Qualifications and Skills:Professional landscape design experience that they don’t wonder if they have enough experience to apply.Willing to lift boxes, clean floors, and hold doors if that’s what it takes to get something doneKnows all the hot keys in Autodesk AutoCADCan hand sketch - and those sketches are not stick figuresJedi-level with AutoCAD + Rhino3d + Lumion to produce beautiful plans / rendersGifted communicatorGets stuff DONE!A.A.S. or B.S. in landscape design, landscape architectureMilitary experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma.Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.If you are interested, feel that you would be a great addition to a growing team, or feel compelled, please apply.
