Are you passionate about social media marketing and eager to make a real impact in the world of real estate? The Win Crew Real Estate Team is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team to enhance our brand presence and culture on social media. Responsibilities:• Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase our online presence and engagement.• Capture high-quality images of our real estate listings, highlighting their unique features and attributes.• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with our brand's identity.• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and real estate photography. Qualifications:• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or have relevant experience).• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Creative mindset with a passion for content creation.• Self-motivated and able to work independently.• Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
